Now that we have transitioned to Level 1, Mosaic is resuming face-to-face client appointments. We will still be facilitating remote counselling appointments via Zoom.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Mosaic is Now an 'ESSENTIAL SERVICE'. We Are Offering Free Remote-Counselling to EVERYONE in the Greater Wellington Region.
Due to Covid-19, we are now offering free counselling to anyone and everyone in the Greater Wellington region who may be experiencing difficulties. Our crisis and counselling support will be offered via Skype and Zoom video apps and telephone calls.
To help us with this service, qualified counsellors from all over New Zealand are joining Mosaic's own counselling team.
We will shortly be announcing an 0800 number people can call us on for counselling (please watch this page for updates). In the meantime, we can be contacted by phone or online booking form. See our contact details.
While the Government Level 3 & 4 alerts are in place, MOSAIC physical offices will be closed. We will not be able to meet anyone face-to-face.
All peer support groups are now suspended.
Counselling with Mosaic
Mosaic offers free specialised counselling services. We are registered with ACC as a Sensitive Claims supplier.
Normally at Mosaic, we focus our counselling resources on working with males who have experienced trauma and/or sexual abuse. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, we are offering counselling to everyone, for whatever your need is, if you are in the Greater Wellington region.
Due to the Covid-19 Level 3 and 4 restrictions, we are offering our counselling services remotely via video call or phone. Depending on your needs, these calls are generally restricted to 20-min sessions. However, that is ultimately determined by your personal context and the nature of what you are contacting us about.
